Since its first introduction, this Higo Koshirae has been and still is one of the best selling Iaito in Japan and worldwide for the craftsmanship quality, the anthentic design and looks, and the affordable price. Copper Fuchi and Kashira, featuring tendrills theme, are in traditional Higo style. Menuki features Kuyomon(family crest for the Hosokawa Tadaoki), in accordance with the historical fact.

High quality 100 % cotton Tsuka cord is securely wrapped over a sharkskin. Comes with a deluxe, cotton braided Sageo. Blade, made of a reinforced zinc/aluminum alloy*, is available up to 2.55 Shaku. Approximately 810 gram without Saya(2.50 Shaku).
