A Japanese sword made at the end of the Edo period has arrived at a very reasonable price.

The sword is in very good condition for its age, with no flaws or rust, but there are some marks on the blade as if it had been tried to be cut. The jigane is a well-packed itame hada with good chikei and yubashiri. Hamon is an elegant suguha with well-compacted nioikuchi.

The koshirae are equipped with period fittings, and are in the tensho style with tsuka-gashira made of buffalo horns. The lacquering of the saya is an atmospheric dark brown tame-nuri, which gives it a luxurious feel.

This is a perfect item for those who want to buy a genuine Japanese sword at a reasonable price.
