¥165,000 ¥180,000

Introducing an affordable, unmarked wakizashi crafted during the Edo period.

The blade is polished overall, though it bears several faint flaws resulting from the forging process. The jigane features a mixed itame and mokume grain pattern, with traces of chikei and yubashiri visible. The hamon is a tight, notare-style nioi-kuchi suguha pattern, incorporating ko-gunome. Hataraki like aranie and kinsen are also present.

The koshirae is also in good condition, featuring a black silk tsukaito wrapped in hineri-maki style, while the scabbard lacquer has a Matsukawa-style finish.

This is a recommended Japanese sword for anyone wishing to own one at an affordable price.
